The official presentation language of the ICAIE is English. Full papers are accepted. Participants may attend the conference either by sending an abstract or a full-text paper, and the proceedings CD will include two separate files accordingly.
Abstract Submission
- Maximum length: 1 page / 500 words.
- Abstracts are accepted as a form of conference participation.
- Abstract submissions are not published in journals.
- The proceedings CD includes a separate file for accepted abstract presentations.
Full Paper Submission
- Full papers must follow the IEEE Manuscript Templates for Conference Proceedings.
- Full-text papers are eligible for journal publication.
- The proceedings CD includes a separate file for accepted full-text presentations.
How to Submit
Papers and abstracts are handled through the conference management system. Authors follow the OpenConf Peer Review & Conference Management System workflow, including account creation, paper upload, and chair correspondence via the submission portal.
